When the developer / seller considers the unit to be complete and is requesting a signed of "Happy Letter" we will, on your behalf go out and inspect the property for completion and issue certificate.
The certificate will contain a list of items to be complete for this purpose if there are any outstanding items, a list of any further items to be complete for occupation, and a basic list of any snags, which are apparent at this stage.

We then do a follow up inspection to check if the above items were attended to and issue you with a final certificate of acceptance. This will be done prior to occupation and a final snag list will be issued for you to pass on to the developer for rectifying once you have taken occupation.


Full Service
In addition to the above mentioned: we do a monthly site visit and take photos which will be accompanied by a full report assessment to yourself as well as the builder / developer pointing out any apparent problems or areas for future concern. This will assist in the process at the end of the project and assure you as the buyer that you will have a satisfactory product at the end of the project and the developer is aware of any of your queries during the project.
